(INDIANAPOLIS— February 23, 2017) — PANBlast, a national B2B technology public relations agency, is honored to announce its selection as one of the 2017 Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The list, which PANBlast was also named to in 2016, recognizes and honors the state’s outstanding employers.
The selection process for the 2017 Best Places to Work list was handled by The Best Companies Group and determined using employer reports, as well as comprehensive employee surveys. Employee surveys were distributed by The Best Companies Group to each member of the PANBlast team and kept confidential.
“The Best Places to Work selection means a lot to us, as it comes from the voice of our team members and reflects how they feel about working with PANBlast,” said PANBlast president, Lindsey Groepper. “Perks are great, but perks don’t drive company culture. People drive company culture. Being lifted up as a great place to work by our people is incredibly validating.”
By participating in the 2017 Best Places to Work program, PANBlast will receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to the company’s employees. As with results from the 2016 survey, PANBlast plans to use this year’s survey results to further enrich its employee retention and recruitment programs.
“It’s rewarding to work for a place that values us as people, not just employees,” said PANBlast account executive, Lydia Beechler. “Yes, we have nice perks like a personal trainer and healthy snacks, but we’re also provided with opportunities to grow and encouraged to give back—things that help enrich our lives, not just our careers.”
